​Jonathan Branch, Principal

Jonathan is a business management professional with a background in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. He has worked as lead structural designer with small to medium sized firms in both Virginia and the state of Florida and also has more than 11 years of collective experience in chemical process management and workforce development. Jonathan more recently has been awarded for his leadership skills within the Chick-fil-A Corporation and worked on several successful start-up management teams in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His varied experience and interpersonal skills give him a keen eye into the intricacies of building business through the planning, developmental, recruiting and operational stages.

 

Dawne Brown, Principal

Dawne is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dawne has over 18 years of experience working for various Fortune 500 companies in the defense, manufacturing and automotive sectors in areas of design, manufacturing, quality assurance and management. In real estate development, Dawne has worked in various capacities during the analysis & acquisition, planning & development and liquidation phases.

 

Dennis Brown, Jr., Principal

Dennis has over 12 years of experience as a business analyst with a background in Computer Science & Information Technology. Dennis has worked for Fortune 500 companies in both the banking and energy sectors and has developed, tested and managed software programs which ensured efficient, fluid operations and met key, cost-effective business objectives.



Chris Suber, Principal

Chris has over 10 years of experience in various stages of construction management including program management, design-build, project management, value-engineering and scheduling and is a U.S. Green Council Member.  Chris has successfully program managed a $200 million federal contract and overseen projects of varying complexities. He has served as program manager for a $200M Langley Air Force Base 8(a) MACC Design-Build compete, fast-track, requiring extensive oversight of design quality control, project quality control and execution. He continues to maintain professional client relationships and has direct oversight of project performance from conception to completion.

Michelle Baker, MBA, Vice-President of Operations
Michelle is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Indiana University – Bloomington, where she has an MBA in Marketing and a minor in International Business. In her 19 years of experience she has achieved a professional career with exceptional experience in new product development, engineering, manufacturing, and teaching and customer relations. She is effective in increasing profits, productivity, and leading multi-million dollar cross-functional teams. She has received a patent in design.

James R. Turner II, Vice-President of Information Technology
James is an information technology expert with more than 12 years of experience in computer hardware, networking, scripting, programming, infrastructure software and services. James’ ability to think “outside the box” has been recognized at a company that is known for innovation: Microsoft. During James’ career with Microsoft Corporation he earned the distinguished Premier Field Engineer (PFE) Innovation award, Microsoft Certified Master of Exchange and PFE East Region Think Tank participant. James served in the capacity of New York/New Jersey City Metro Team Lead, PFE East Region Technology Lead for Messaging and Master Trainer of Powershell. James helped develop an elite training workshop, which has worldwide recognition and demand.
